My Letter to Future Goers
It is crazy to think that my two year commitment has ended with GoCorps. It has been a couple months since my 2 year commitment has ended but I am still on the field. Awesome God Story
The past month has been an incredible answer to prayer for my team. We have been putting many things before the Lord and He has answered! Some of my teammate were able to put together a story school for Afghan people that we work with. For a month, they met for the whole day to read through bible stories, have them translated and recorded for a company in the states that shares through this resource. Big News
Over the last few months, I have been reflecting on my time here; how much I love this work and all the things the Lord has been teaching me. After a lot of prayer and reflection I have decided to extend my commitment by two more years (4 yrs in total)!! I am so thankful to be at a stage in my life where I can follow where the Lord is leading me. I am just getting started with my work here. hi friends & family Merry Christmas! I hope this holiday season has been a blessing to you. Here are a few updates for the past month. We got to put on six Christmas parties for our various refugee clients. It was great to have some fun celebration time with the moms and kids through various activities.
