It's Hitting Me Hard
This past week truly hit me hard. Literally that is. After a long day I went to fall back on my pillow and hit my head on my dresser instead. Ouch! That hurt. I went to bed hoping to sleep off the ache. The next day I just didn't feel like me and the next day was the same story. It was frustrating to not feel good. I was experiencing a minor concussion, but I just wanted to feel great so I could keep going. I hate it when I can't get done what I have already planned to do. Leaning into God's Word
Last night I went to sleep thinking how thankful I am for the way God uses different brothers and sisters in Christ to challenge us in our faith. As I sat and chatted with a friend about the ministry I will be a part of he asked me, "What do you think God thinks about the people of this region of the world?" Such a simple yet powerful question and one I don't think I have actually given enough thought to. An Exciting Summer Ahead
A week ago today I landed in Minneapolis to begin ministry training. It was the most full 5 days I have had in quite a while. In leaving I was fully exhausted and fully excited all at the same time. After some much needed rest, today is the start to my summer campaign. God is faithful and has already started stiring other's hearts to commit to being a part of my support and prayer team.
