The Joy of Community
Welcome everyone to my February recap. I'm super excited to announce that my Visa application was just approved, and now I am all set to launch to the field! I'm so grateful and thankful for all of your prayers and support in this season. As I now prepare to leave, I ask for prayer that as I enter into this new season that the Lord would provide for my every need. Preparing For Launch
So another month has come and gone and 2025 is off to a great start! I have been very excited to be able to share what I've been up to and some of the things that you could be praying for! One of the really exciting things I was able to be a part of this month was the first couple services at our new location for Crossway Church SFL. Moving Forward by Looking Back
As the year comes to a close this month not only do I find myself looking back on all that the Lord has been doing in the month of December but I also find myself looking back on the entire year. From starting the year as a college senior, to graduating in May, deciding to give the first two years of my career to the Lord in Global Service, and finally going through training and support raising on my way to launching in May. Faith Requires Patience
As I look back on this past month I find myself learning to wait on the Lord in a new way. I would generally say that I'm a patient person, but as I surrender everything to the Lord in this season of support raising I feel that I am finding that this is not always the case. I've come to realize that my task oriented perspective sometimes gets in the way of being patient.
