When team dynamics got messy or challenging this month, it was really special to see how the Lord used that to reveal more about me and my relationship with Him than anything else.
It was cool because I felt like He began to reveal to me how only once I really begin to understand and see the beauty of the gospel, how Jesus came into our messiness. It's only when I truly understand that and receive His love and grace, that I'm able to extend that to others.
It was also really cool to be able to get a fresh breath of encouragement from my local community and from some interns that have come this month. It's been really encouraging just to be able to have fresh perspective and fresh eyes here on the team, and be able to have other people my age who are also looking to serve the Lord with their gifts and talents, and that was an unexpected, really huge blessing and encouragement. In addition to the continual encouragement of just being able to continue to invest in the local community at my local church. Being poured into by those around me, and being able to study God's Word and grow alongside these people who are becoming, and who are my spiritual family.
It was cool to see how, as my regular work has been paused, the Lord opened up opportunities for me to be able to step into, in those empty spaces, new opportunities to be able to serve alongside different ministries and different people from many different parts of the world. And to be able to see that firsthand and be able to be a part of that was really encouraging.
Coming up, I'm looking forward to three major anchors this month, one is a conference that we have coming up next week. It's going to be a conference of all the missionaries in Europe in our organization, and I'm looking forward to being able to experience that and experience just being in community with brothers and sisters from throughout the region. I'm also looking forward to having a lot of extra time with the summer rolling around here, to be able to spend time with friends from the church and be able to enjoy lots of different opportunities to be able to enjoy vacation time and enjoy just seeing how the Lord is going to open up opportunities for me to be able to love and serve those around me, and continue to grow in my relationship with Him.
