Deny Yourself
My last blog was more than two months ago. I have been busy trying to reach my goal so I can leave in February like planned. Unfortunately with all the effort and prayer, I did not make it. I am still in the US trying to finish my support raising campaign. My new launch date is May 2017. It took me a while to accept the circumstances. It has been a while since I wrote my last blog. For the past two months, I have been really busy trying to balance support raising and my part-time job. It has been the most challenging two month of my life. When my parents told me that they will not be able to support me financially and that I have to find a job while I am doing support raising, I was heartbroken. My Story
I am originally from Haiti, a small country in the Caribbean. I grow up there, went to school and I always thought that I would spend my whole life there. Unfortunately that was not the case. In the beginning of 2010, I had to leave the country because of the massive earthquake. I left my family, my friends and everything that was familiar to me.
