As I sit down to write this blog, the only thing I could think about is the roller coaster ride that I have been riding for the past two weeks. In the span of 2 days, I celebrated my sister on her new marriage, I got into a car accident and feelings that I thought I dealt with resurface. I was expecting struggles and spiritual warfare but not that early into my fundraising process.
One thing that God has been reminding me is to live one day at a time. This past summer, I was meditating a lot on one of my favorite passage in the bible Matt 6:25-34. In this passage, Jesus is reminding us to not worry about tomorrow troubles but to seek first his kingdom.
Those verses are what gives me peace and strength every morning when I wake up. As I continue with this journey, I will continue to keep a positive attitude and trust on God providence.
