Ramsey-Michele - Germany Updates

Class of 2015
Immigrant Youth Outreach in Germany
Track: Compassion - Justice track
Region: Europe
I'm a people person. I am extremely passionate about music. I love every form of art. I'm a coffee addict. Rahab and Peter are a couple of my favorite people in the Bible. I'm an open book; ask me anything and I'll probably tell you. I love laughing and making people laugh. I strive to live every moment to the fullest. However, above all of this, I am absolutely in love with my Savior, Jesus Christ. God has rescued me from the domain of darkness and transferred me into the kingdom of His beloved Son. Thanks be to God! In Him I live and move and have my being!

Because That's His Nature.

Whew! So much has happened in the past month, I don't even know where to start. I guess I should start by saying that our God is absolutely incredible. I've seen Him provide in such amazing ways this summer. He's provided encouragement, prayer support, financial support, transportation, a free roof over my head, and so much more. I've just grown so much closer to Him through this whole process. I'm so grateful for that! So since I can't think of a good way to… Read more >>

So here we go.  I'm in the middle of week 5 of support raising. In case you haven't already guessed it, support raising is hard. There's a large amount of helplessness that I feel. I've had all the training, I know what I'm supposed to do. But I still feel helpless. It's like that feeling you have when you have a massive paper to write, and all you can do is just stare at a blank Word document. You've done all the… Read more >>

The Gates of Opportunity Part 2

By on Track: Compassion - Justice Region: Europe

God has blessed me with so many ridiculously incredible opportunities in my life. I mean, my college's front gates were named, "The Gates of Opportunity."It's pretty crazy how much God has blessed me...and I don't deserve any of it! I already have a lot of things on my bucket list crossed off! (I still have a long way to go...there are a lot of things I want to do in my life!) However, I'm about to embark on one of the greatest opportunities yet. I am preparing to move to Berlin as a missionary for 2 years! I've known for a really long time that I was going to do missions overseas, but it's… Read more >>
