All of us want the days and years of our lives to matter.  And as Christians, we know that we are called to be a part of God’s purpose… but what exactly does that look like?  And is there a place for someone like me in God’s global work?

These questions are especially important when you’re in college and thinking about what to do after graduation.

Because your 20s is the time in your life where you’re the most free, the most flexible, the most mobile you’re ever going to be…

The Heart of the Matter

Your 20s are a unique season of mobility and freedom, making it the perfect time to ask how your degree intersects with God’s global purpose. Tithing your first two years after graduation isn’t a detour; it’s a strategic launchpad that integrates your professional skills with eternal significance.

  • Why commit to two years? This window allows you to move beyond tourism into true belonging—learning the language, building deep relationships, and contributing meaningfully to Kingdom-minded projects.

  • What happens to my career? You’ll receive professional mentoring that sets your resume apart, preparing you for the marketplace, grad school, or long-term ministry.

  • How do I start? From application to launch, a GoCorps coach walks beside you to match your specific major and passions with a hand-picked global team.

You were designed for impact; trust that giving your first "yes" to God will clarify your place in His big, beautiful story.

Is there a place where your mobility, your desire to make a difference, and your unique skill-set all intersect?

GoCorps helps you make the most of your 20s by connecting you with ways to start your career on mission overseas.  Each of our two-year placements is designed to help you connect your major to God’s mission and be mentored professionally and spiritually along the way.

Why two years? That allows you to actually move in, learn the language, and to make a place your home.  It’s long enough to develop real relationships and contribute in a meaningful way to an important kingdom-minded business or project.

Yet, it’s short enough that you can serve for that length of time, no matter what your long-term career plans are. Two years of global experience in your 20s can launch you well into grad school, the marketplace, or ministry.

The needs of the world are vast. But God has equipped you with skills; skills He means to use to bless the world around you.

Less than 7% of the world has a bachelor’s degree. What if God is asking you to tithe yours?

You were designed with eternal significance. Your passions, your hobbies, your education. Everything that makes you, you. Maybe this is what you were meant for. To invest your first two years after college in the world’s greatest needs.

In your journey to find your place in God’s global work, start right here.  We believe this generation is poised to make a significant impact in the world. And we specialize in walking beside young adults who want to make a difference in God’s kingdom and want to use their unique skill sets to do it.

So how does GoCorps work?

We partner with innovative global ministries that are meeting urgent needs among those with little to no opportunity of a gospel witness.

We hand-pick teams and mentors who are gifted in leading this generation and have diverse projects that are suited for recent grads. [pause] Each year, we list over one hundred two-year global placements for ordinary Christians of all majors to apply to live on mission after graduation.

Your specific skill-set, passions and degree are how we match you with a placement, and your personal GoCorps coach walks with you through the whole onboarding process - starting with an online application, a few virtual interviews and assessments, and then an acceptance decision within just a few months.

Next, Goers gather for a 7-day intensive orientation and training called GoWeek, and then begin their global journey with a 14 week fundraising and leadership development campaign just before launching.

What about after my two years?

During your two-year placement, the most important aspect of the Goer experience is the mentoring and community that you have through your team leader and team.

At the end of your two years, all options are on your table!  You now have a resume and experience that sets you apart, so you are more than ready to move back to the US and dive into your profession or grad school.

Or, you can stay overseas as a long-term member of the team and project that you have been serving.  Or, since you are now fluent in the local language, you are positioned to be able to pivot to get a job in the marketplace in your new country.

What's my next step?

Our globalized world today presents all Christians with the opportunity to find a place on the frontlines of the gospel.  Our coaches have helped hundreds of recent grads move overseas for two years to use their degrees for the gospel.

GoCorps exclusively works with those in their 20s - We exist for you. To help you invest all of who you are into something that matters.  We’d love to talk with you about making your next step across the map.

You have a place in God’s global work.  Go Find It.
