This was a pretty big month for me. I am at 100% on both my monthly and one-time goal and I handed in my paperwork for my visa to the embassy in DC! Thank you so much to everyone who has donated and prayed for me as I have been preparing to leave. I truly appreciate everyone’s support in this journey as I go to Eastern Europe.

This has been an awesome and eventful month.

My visa paperwork arrived in country and has been making its way through the translation agency and the government agencies for approval. The directorate of religion notified my team leader that they wanted a few more documents for my visa which I got to them recently, so I am hoping that it doesn’t delay the visa process much more (preferably not at all). All the visa paperwork is out of my hands at the moment until it finishes making its way through the government agencies.

Ministry Update
Big praise of the month is that I got my paperwork back from the State Department! This was a big thing that I have been waiting on for a while in order to move on to the next step in the visa process. I got it mailed out to my team in Eastern Europe for the next step of going through a translation agency and 3 government agencies for approval. I learned that this step takes roughly 6 weeks, which is longer than I originally anticipated, so my departure date will be late March, maybe early April. I am at approximately 75% of my monthly goal and 94% of my one-time goal! God has been faithful to provide the funds through the generosity of his people this far and I know he will continue to be faithful.
I am heading to DC in early January on the first of two trips to the Bulgarian Embassy as part of the visa process. I am currently to hoping to have the process complete by mid-late February depending on how long the US and Bulgarian government beauracracies…

I am at just over 63% of my monthly support goal. I got to meet with family members and God opened the door for me to speak about my support raising at several adult Sunday school classes at my childhood church over Thanksgiving week.
