All the while the world keeps spinning, I'm lost, alone, and getting dizzy. All I see is spinning, spinning, spinning. Things go round and round; I've lost myself, I just don't know. Spinning, spinning, spinning. The world is fast and passing me by, my whole life to live before I die. People changing, friends moving, wars starting, people dying, lives beginning, stories ending... Last night, as I was ending the day, I felt a little upset. I had found something on the internet that left me feeling disturbed (what’s new?) I was trying to think happy thoughts, and find something positive to think on from the day. There is a woman here who I absolutely adore. She is such a role model and I look up to her so much. The more I hear about her story, the more I feel connected to her, and the more I recognize that there is indeed hope for the person I will one day grow to be. We Crashed the Birthday Party…
Having never been an older sister before, and now having my adopted Little and Extra Mama, I’m learning a lot about the fun advantages of being a big sister.
