We do a few conferences for the children each year at There is Hope, especially around holidays such as Christmas and Easter. This month, we (the Sunday school teachers and I) put on an Easter conference for the children. Over 250 children showed up for this two day event, and we all had a ton of fun. They were so excited that they showed up hours before the event was supposed to start and waited for us. Most of them were there by 7 o clock in the morning! This month, women from all over the world gathered to talk about, “what it would look like if we lived like Jesus.” I was able to live stream this event here in Malawi, even though it was the middle of the night! It feels weird to be writing again because it doesn't feel like any time has passed since I last wrote. Although January came and went so so quickly so much has happened. As the rains have come and are turning everything green and beautiful, making the crops grow, my relationships with the refugees and Malawians are growing as well. I'm getting to know and hear more stories of the people here and it is so beautiful and humbling. I have been going out to a few different villages to build relationships with their preschool teachers and have built upon relationships with the Sunday school…
