It's been a crazy year, maybe even the craziest year of my life. I've graduated college, packed up my bags to move to Malawi and have been here for almost 2 months now. So much change, which I've never minded, but I'm learning to embrace it and be intentional with it. It can bring so much good. To learn to leave things behind and move forward. I've experienced so many new things and seen God in so mamy new ways. There are still so many new things for 2016 and I'm excited to see what the new year brings, as I try to live intentionally it and make it meaningful.

I have been in Malawi for almost three weeks now and I think I have been welcomed properly! From the heat to African time, it has been interesting, and I love it. There has been a lot of firsts for me, for the first time ever, I am in Africa, I paid rent for my first apartment, ate my first Malawian food, drove for the first time on the other side of the rode, saw my first elephant in the wild, for the first time waited for over 5 hours to get a signature and stamp that does not need to take that long, and for the first time have lizards on the walls in the house.
