When I started this whole process, I knew that part of what God was calling me to was simply to grow. To grow personally, in faith, in love, and in friendships, to simply grow. I graduated college this summer knowing that teaching was something God had made me for. I genuinely enjoyed my education classes. I loved talking about different learning theories and learning new ways to teach effectively. I loved my student teaching experience and the students I taught. Teaching is a huge passion the Lord has given me. Whether it's teaching English or Dance class, math, or biblical concepts, I love helping others learn and grow.

It was a Friday night in May. The people gathered in the audience filled with almost as much anticipation as the students that would soon proceed in alphabetical order. It was graduation day. The music began and the soon-to-be high school graduates of 2016 proceed to their seats. The speaker, a kind preacher of a local church, began to give his speech. He sent us off into the world as proud graduates of 2016. But before he did, he gave us each a souvenir. He gave us each a peso.
