Hey, I’m Laura and I’m currently drinking Chai tea and watching Christmas movies. (Too early?... not for me!) I’ve been serving as a missionary/teacher in Mexico City for nearly 7 weeks now and I can hardly fathom it! If you’ve been keeping up with me, welcome back! Sometimes, it takes losing a credit card to REALLY enjoy eating some tacos

Hey, I’m Laura and today marks the beginning of my third week in Mexico City! To those of you who have been eagerly awaiting an update from me, I apologize for my seeming lack of urgency. The past two weeks have been packed with eating tacos, meeting new people, eating molletes, adapting to teacher-life, drinking agua de horchata, visiting a pediatrician (“wait… what?”), eating churros, learning Spanish, eating flautas, drinking salsa de habanero (jk… well, almost), and eating more tacos.
