Several weeks ago, I attended a training session on coaching given by one of the leaders of the Europe Division of ReachGlobal. Coaching is broadly defined as “helping an individual or group to use their God-given potential in order to achieve the goals they set for themselves and to become the people they want to be.” Perhaps the most important aspect of coaching is listening. Changing Berlin
Ever since the Wall came down 25 years ago, Berlin has been searching for its identity. In the blink of an eye it went from a city divided physically but also in terms of economics, politics, and lifestyle. Since then it has been like two different groups of friends who are meeting for the first time, and are trying to figure out how to act around each other.
