It’s always fun to reminisce and laugh about past adventures, especially with the people that you experienced the adventure with. When looking back at an adventure, it’s easy to forget the urgency of the fear that was present in the moment of the adventure. When everything went horribly wrong and you ended up stranded in the wrong country without a valid visa and no money to cross the border, you probably didn’t feel like saying “wahoo” at that moment. Why on earth would someone fundraise?
I wasn’t entirely sure what I should write about when I started this blog post but I knew that at some point I want to write about my experience of fundraising. So I guess, while its still fresh in my mind, my blog post today will be about fundraising and what that process was like for me.
