It feels like I spend a lot of time praying these days.
My team has an initiative to pray often and specifically for the community we are in contact with. However, I find myself also entering into prayer and praying for random people that come to mind more consistently than I ever have before, in addition to the designated prayer times.

Since moving to my new home on the East Coast on April 30, 2021, I have both intentionally and unintentionally had to get out of my comfort zone. Sometimes that has been in small, almost unsubstantial moments and other times it has taken a lot of courage. Having moved a lot in my life, I am fairly accustomed to the process of making new friends and learning the lay of the land in a new area. I think of creative, possibly witty or poetic pieces of writing that are written to general audiences exopounding on the blogger's experience and hoping it relates to someone (or preferably lots of people) in the big wide world.
