Hello everyone! It has been a while since I've posted an update on my GOCorps journey! It has been a crazy process of raising support thus far, and I'm still going!
When I began raising support back in June, I was immediately overwhelmed. Not only had I been raising support full-time, but I was also working at a coffee shop and finishing the last class of my undergrad simultaneously. This meant painfully early mornings, rushed work days, and late- very late- nights. If you had asked me a year ago what I'd be doing after college, I wouldn't have had the slightest idea. Because who actually knows what they want to do right out of college? I surely did not, but I did know I wanted to help people- specifically refugees within foreign contexts. But what did that mean, really? I had no direction, no sense of anything directly pulling my heart. So, as I was about to enter my senior year with no answers, I earnestly asked God to make His calling known in obvious ways.
