Thank you for praying for our Room for Pr. We had a security breach and I had to take down our website. However, no major harm that we know of. We officially changed the name to UR (Upper Room). Please continue to ask God for protection and favor.

Jala recently went back to a discovery group that had disbanded. The people who had actually rejected her re-invited her back into their lives because they had seen the change that had happened in their family when she was originally there. This group has now expanded to include three more people. Pray for this small group that is discovering the Word, that they would all come to faith and would multiply.
BREAKTHROUGH:
I met with one of my students who, prior to this meeting, have done 3 Discovery Bible studies with me. This was our 4th meeting and as we finished talking about the past week, she told me she has a question and asked, "Why did Jesus die on the cross?" This question was a surprise and I knew that this was a crucial moment in her journey. This led me to share the Gospel and the whole time she attentively listened. Once I shared about the sacrifice of Jesus and His desire to have a personal relationship with her, I can definitely tell she was drawn to the message. Led by the Spirit, I asked her what she thinks. She responded by saying yes. At that moment, I can feel my heart beating faster out of joy. We talked for a couple of more minutes and I asked her if she accepts J as her Lord and Savior. After a couple of seconds, she said that she doesn't feel ready but would like to keep reading and seeking. Honestly, her response was a bit of a disappointment, but I sensed that Father wanted to show more of Himself through these studies and truly reveal who He is for her. I might have had a bit of disappointment but as I walked out of that meeting, I had hope and faith that she is going to have an encounter very soon. Pray that she will continue to seek Him and for J to move into her heart.
SMART Goals
I have personally reached my goals for the past 4 months in terms of being bolder and having intentional conversations. I set my goals for the next 3 months, so ask Lord for an increase of boldness and confidence for me. Also, pray that I would cease the opportunities Lord shows me and share what He wants me to share.
Music Projects
Currently, I am working on a project for the bible study groups in villages to provide them easy access to worship songs. Many DBS home groups have been started and we believe that many groups are ready to encounter God with worship. Pray that these local worship music for the new DBS groups will be a way for many to encounter God.
Prayer Requests:
- Ask God to raise up a prayer movement and a disciple making movement in Artesia. In particular, pray for multiplication, that God would multiply disciples so that we would see third, fourth, and fifth generation followers of Jesus.
- We are getting closer and closer to completing our village projects. Pray that God would give us favor with weather and timing, that we would be able to complete each of our four projects before winter.
