GoCorps is maybe the best place you could go to for getting hands-on, practical fundraising training that will get you fully funded and set to launch in 3 months. They help you connect with an organization as well as set you up to launch at record times. Normally it takes people about 2 years from start to launch in the fundraising process. 3 months is intense but in my opinion much, much better than stringing the process out over years. GoWeek is a fun time to connect with people, other "goers" and the GoCorps staff who are amazing and super helpful during the entire process. I would highly recommend using GoCorps whether you're thinking of doing a 2 year stint in a country or doing long term work overseas. (Oct. 2024)
