This vibrant German city is home to 3.5 million people from over 180 nations and boasts a rich history, lively creative arts and fashion scene, and unique blend of old world and contemporary culture from around the globe. Berlin is home to a number of universities and technical schools, drawing the best and the brightest from across Germany and around the world to this center of innovation and influence.

Utilize your heart and passion for mentoring and discipleship to connect and build natural relationships with these young adults as they make Berlin their home for a critical season of their lives. Goers will use their interpersonal skills to act as a bridge between local German churches and the vast numbers of unchurched and unreached university students, desperately searching for community, truth, and identity in the ever-changing urban world of Berlin.

Skills: 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to initiate and pursue relationships
  • Experience in youth or campus ministry preferred
  • Ability to work well within a team context as well as independently
  • Ability to engage in natural relationships with people of varying backgrounds and viewpoints
  • A heart to see the next generation reached with the gospel and mobilized for the Kingdom
