Group Home Mentorship and Program Developer

Santiago, Chile is a vibrant and growing capital nestled between the towering Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. But beneath its beauty lies a reality of deep need: hundreds of adolescents live in government-run group homes, placed there due to abandonment, abuse, or neglect. These young people are among the most vulnerable in Chilean society—often unseen and longing for connection, stability, and hope. While the local church is present, there remains a significant need for long-term relational ministry and holistic transformation.

Our mission is to plant hope and become an extended family for adolescents living in residential care. We believe every young person has infinite value and a meaningful purpose. Through our Significant Connectors Program, we create intentional relationships—both in group settings and one-on-one—that foster emotional healing, spiritual growth, and healthy belonging. Our desire is to walk with these teens toward restoration and a renewed sense of identity.

This role is ideal for someone with experience working with vulnerable youth and a heart to see systems and relationships transformed. The Goer will collaborate with our Chilean psychologist to design and strengthen mentorship programs, support “aging-out” transition planning, and equip local mentors serving in group homes. They’ll also serve as a bridge between global best practices and the Chilean context—bringing insight and structure to strengthen existing efforts while learning from and honoring local approaches.
