We live in a vibrant South Asian city, an urban South Asian context that is one of the most unreached places in the world. With a burgeoning population and a curious and growing youth population, workers are needed among the youth of our city. Building business ideas is a way to solve a lot of the issues in our society. It’s not always easy. It’s not always predictable. But it’s worth it. We live in an uncertain environment, which comes with challenges and unpredictability—but also adventure, beauty, and deep relationships. Full disclosure—someone has to be willing to try different things, even FAIL, without getting easily discouraged. Flexibility and resilience are MUST haves if someone wants to serve in this context.

We’re a small group of families building creative, purpose-driven businesses—and we’re looking for a teammate ready to dream big, get hands-on, and help turn ideas into reality. We’ve got the local connections, cultural insight, and community. You bring energy, fresh ideas, and the grit to make things happen. We are looking for an aspiring entrepreneur or recent grad who: Loves to build and experiment with new ideas, Is eager to live and learn in a totally different culture, Can handle uncertainty and isn’t afraid to fail forward, Wants to make a real impact, Is a self-starter but thrives in a tight-knit team. We are looking for someone with a relational heart, a flexible attitude and strong work ethic, and desire to serve in exciting and new situations. No “perfect” resume or certain degree needed. Just vision, adaptability, and the guts to try. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to do yet. We have several ideas and just need someone to help us get things off the ground who has fresh energy and time to commit to seeing the projects executed.

Here are a few real projects you could dive into: Ecommerce site (Amazon FBA), Start a food truck (Korean tacos? Yes, please.), Build a small fitness or wellness brand, Sell handmade or sustainable products online, Develop a business that empowers local women and youth, Try mushroom farming, urban gardening, or artisan exports, Pitch us your own idea! What You’ll Gain: Real-world startup experience (from scratch!), Cross-cultural skills & language learning, A supportive community that values purpose over profit. This could even count as an internship for students who want to do a year abroad or fulfill some kind of internship requirement.
