Live near surf breaks and jungle trails—but serve where the Gospel hasn't gone. In Southern Thailand, you'll teach English and build friendships in communities still waiting to hear about Jesus. Thailand is the most unreached country in Southeast Asia—with fewer than 1% following Jesus. Most Christians live in Bangkok or Chiang Mai, but Southern Thailand remains almost completely untouched by the gospel. This region is shaped by both Buddhism and Islam, and many have never even heard the name of Jesus.
Our team is based in a coastal surf town surrounded by jungle villages and even less-reached, Muslim-majority provinces. From here, we partner with local churches to disciple believers, host outreach events, and send short-term teams into places where the gospel hasn't yet taken root. We currently serve three communities where English teachers are needed. As a Community English Teacher, you'll:
- Build relationships with children and families in rural Thai and minority-group communities
- Host fun and creative "English Corners" to connect outside the classroom
- Earn trust and build deep friendships through everyday life
No formal teaching background is required—just a willingness to learn, serve, and engage people through language. You'll also join our team in leading worship nights, supporting local churches, and organizing community outreach—things like surf meetups, water safety classes, or hike trips.
This is a role for someone who loves people, enjoys meaningful conversations, and wants to use everyday presence to plant seeds of the Gospel in a place that's still waiting to hear. If you're ready to grow in faith, live simply, and serve in a place where Jesus is barely known, we'd love for you to join us.
