Traveling is exciting and memorable especially with people I love. The one problem is living out of a suitcase. Bleh! My first weeks of bringing together my support team was among college friends. I seriously dislike myself for having to have this excuse of asking for support as a chance to catch up and enjoy time with friends!
On the flip side being an introvert on the road is rough. Time alone is scarce. Home proved to be more of a blessing than usual with my own room becoming my refuge. I took my first completely day off (should have done that in the previous two weeks). It was a great way for me to come back to life emotionally and, therefore, physically.
My first Sunday I spoke in my home church. Just a little nervous, I presented the problem and God's work, praying that God would work in my church family. Encouragement continues to flow over me as God is strengthing the call for me to go on this mission.
Through all this work support raising, I still find time to be with friends, enjoying movies, playing games, and just overall hanging out.
God is good in all parts of my life.
