Hello from the Middle East!
Despite current instability and policitical unrest, papa is doing amazing things in this place. I am currently on a college campus spending time with students in hopes that the gospel would spread in these lands.
We are currently spending time with undergrads on 7 campuses, with the goal to reach all campuses in this nation. We are currently a team of ten with one guy who is our first national campus staff! We have had american staff in this country since 2006 but its the first year with students committed to 5 or more hours of being coached, spending intentional hours sharing their faith on campus, coaching younger students and spending an hour praying on and for their school. Praise the Lord for the national staff guy and for the first year of having students committed to intentional ministry!
Please pray for the upcoming fall retreat the student leaders are planning. These students are excited to continue to further the movement that exploded at the first spring retreat last April. Please also pray for our time on campus in the next week, that we would run into the friends we've made on campus, that we would continue to have good "wasta" connections and that we would have opportunites to meet up with the students that we've spent time talking with.
