At a training back in December we sat in on a workshop that talked about different ways of sharing the Good News (GN) with our local friends. For those of us serving in the Eastern World, HONOR and SHAME are big topics and often times dictate how people differentiate between what is right and wrong.
In western contexts when we share the GN we often use words such as redemption, salvation, judgement, and guilt. Well in the Eastern World these words do not have very much weight to them. Thus when sharing in the Eastern World we have to be more mindful of our laguage.
