After months of fundraising and waiting to get that plane ticket, I'll finally be on my way to Turkey in eight days! Excited that the time has come for my teammate and I to leave! It's been a rollercoaster of all kinds of emotions as God has been stretching and teaching us.
As we go, I'm asking for prayers for Arielle and I as we are not fully funded yet. These past months are just the beginning of a spiritual marathon as we learn to trust God and dwell in His presence. We've chosen to take a step of faith and join our team despite having the desired numbers of support. It's both a prayer and a praise that we are each at about 75% of what we need each month! God has indeed been going before us to have wonderful people (including some we've hardly even met!) to provide so much already!
