Is tithing your career only for those in their 20s? Absolutely not! If you have been inspired by the tithe your career stories in this book, but you find yourself in a different life stage than your 20s, there is still an opportunity for you!

The Good News: But you have a greater superblessing because you have more life and professional experience under your belt than when you were in your 20s.

The Bottom Line: Tithing your career in your 30s+ is like taking a global encore of the early part of your career, but this time doing it globally, and with a lot more life experience in your toolkit. We call it OnCorps!

Tithing your career and being a cross-cultural goer mid-career and with a family means that you have more moving parts to consider and approach with the right balance of wisdom, faith and courage. Since 2009, serving twenty-somethings on their Tithe Your Career journey has been the bread and butter of GoCorps. In the coming months of 2025, we are launching OnCorps, a community and hub of of resources for early career, middle aged and retired Christians who are pursuing tithing their time and talents, working to serve and advance a cross-cultural Kingdom project.

When most people in their early fifties are thinking about succession plans, retirement savings, or maybe taking on a hobby, Matt and Shannon were asking a very different question: What if God is calling us to something entirely new?
