Parenting with a Global Vision

My family and church culture were very mission-centered growing up... I remember having missionary families in our house and hearing a support presentation. My mom was very involved in our spiritual development, and I remember her reading Radical by David Platt to us when I was a kid. I remember going to an event with Steve Saint and him speaking to one of my brothers about his call to missions. I used to read the YWAM books about famous missionaries. In high school, my church had a program to pay for high schoolers to go on short-term trips for free, so I was able to go to Thailand in 2018. -Emma, Goer Class of 2026
