Job Title: Director of Mobilization
Reports to: Executive Director
This person will be responsible for...
- Grow and develop current mobilization/recruitment strategies
- Develop and manage regional mobilization staff and volunteers
- Initiate and develop a recruitment strategy and plan in their city of residence
- Work toward growing strategic partnerships with Christian college campuses, campus fellowships, conferences and ministries (eg. Urbana, Campus Outreach, InterVarsity)
Description:
- Develop and execute multi-year action plan
- Recruit, manage and develop staff team of regionally based mobilizers
- Gain access, meet with and forge win-win partnerships and agreements with national level leaders
- Foster relationships and grow involvement with partnering collegiate leaders
- Evaluate current collegiate and church partnerships model, tweak and replicate.
- Work well with leaders from various theological, denominational and ministry backgrounds
- Thrive in a virtual team context
- Work on multiple projects and cultivate multiple relationships at the same time
- Hear from God and be spirit led in leadership and decision making
- Work efficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Salesforce
Background and skill-sets:
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Good people and networking skills
- Managing a virtual team
- Ability to travel 1-3x per month
- Ability to cast vision in one on one, small group and large group settings

Other:
- A foundational part of this role is to raise funds for the ministry of GoCorps, primarily through fundraising in your social, church and referral networks for salary and ministry expenses.
- Grow and maintain relationships with donors through regular, ongoing communication and visits.
