Business Developer and Operations Associate

North Africa is home to 100,000,000 people, of which, more than 99% are Muslim, with little to no access to the Gospel. Though this region is beautiful and exotic, the people here live a hopeless life, worshiping a false god. North Africa has a relatively low number of workers and fewer Kingdom resources than some other unreached regions of the world. Though access to the Gospel is growing, thanks to the internet, North Africa still has very little fruit.

Our vision is to help catalyze a network of healthy, reproducing, indigenously-led Churches among every people group in North Africa. Join a team of experienced CPM practitioners to have a significant impact in the region. There are two positions for business-minded Goers.

Business Developer: Your primary responsibility will be to develop a local business to come alongside of the long-term efforts. You will also learn French, as that is the local trade language. Through your primary assignment, you will have opportunities every week to care for people around you and share the Good News! Your assignment will include some market research and legal research. You will also have some travel to other parts of the country as you pursue opportunities.

Operations Associate: To operate most effectively, our field leadership team needs a gifted administrative team member who will take ownership of administration and some operations, thus, freeing-up field leadership to focus on their specific calling and skills. Your primary responsibility is to provide operations and administrative support to the Team Leader. You will also get to share the Good News in the community. Major Responsibilities and Functions: Abide in Him, learn the local form of Arabic, provide administrative support to the team, basic financial reporting, conduct research for various business opportunities, gather information that relates directly to the ministry, book team trave, short-term team logistics, event planning, share the Gospel through natural interactions in the community
