Staff Position Openings

Mobilization Staff (FT or PT)
Do you enjoy networking and casting vision?  Do you have a background in campus ministry and/or global missions?  Mobilization staff serve campus and church partners by resourcing and coaching through campus visits, emails and phone calls.  Mobilization staff are on the frontlines of what GoCorps is all about.

Coordinator of Sending Organization Partnerships (FT or PT)
We currently have twelve sending organization partners and will have more than forty goers on the field by the end of this year.  The person in this role evaluates and selects new organizational partners, filters and finds the field teams that will host our goers and builds, develops and deepens the GoCorps sending and training processes.

Alumni Coordinator (FT or PT)
In 2012, we will have more than forty goers on the field by the end of this year.  The alumni coordinator coordinates debrief and re-entry for returning goers and evaluates the GoCorps model and partnerships to ensure that our goers are being best served in their two years of overseas service and in their transition to their next season after GoCorps.

Coordinator of Campus Partnerships (FT)
Enjoy coaching and encouraging others?  Are you able to handle many projects at once and do you possess strong writen and oral communication skills?  We have over 40 partnering church and campus leaders that are in various stages of building a mid-term mission program in their ministries.  Help us maximize the great potential of the campus influencers and are partnering with GoCorps!

Process Coordinator (FT or PT)
Do you love to see things organized and each step of a process completed?  Do you have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy helping people move forward in discovering their fit and calling? Help us to track with the young adults that enter our application process through phone and email interaction.  This position is busiest in October-February when we are accepting applications.

Director of Development (PT)
Are you gifted in casting a vision and inviting others to be a part of it?  We need hundreds of individuals, churches and other funding sources to partner with us through special and ongoing giving and investment.  Help us find the funding we need to go after this great big strategic vision.  This position would be perfect for a recently retired individual.

Human Resources (FT or PT, self-funded)
Got a HR background?  Help us build and sustain a strong staff team.

Note:  All GoCorps staff help to fund their positions through personal support raising.  Some positions have the potential of being jointly funded through funds that are raised centrally by GoCorps.  GoCorps provides all training and coaching for the support raising process.
